Roll With The Punches’, Van Morrison’s 37th studio album, is filled with rhythm & blues classics by rock ‘n roll icons such as Bo Diddly, Sam Cooke and Sister Rosetta Tharpe, as well as some newly written original songs by Van Morrison. The British music legend produced the record by himself, but received help during the recording process from big names including Chris Farlowe, Georgie Fame, and Jeff Beck. Van Morrison has had a longlasting career which originated from the ‘50s, but was lifted in 1967 with the hit single ‘Brown Eyed Girl’. The Irishman has since received six Grammy awards, a Brit Award, and was recorded in the ‘Rock and Roll Hall of Fame’.
